Once installed on your iPad, simple load a PDF (via iTunes or email), click anywhere on the screen and choose what you want to enter. You can place text, a radio button or checkbox, the date and your signature.

- Re-written from the ground up. This allows for all PDF's to load with no problems. We also have a new Save As feature - keep a master copy and reuse the same documents over and over again.

I work for a small business and I've been waiting for an app like this for a long time. Its great I can sign PDFs right on my iPad, I just load the document and sign. It's a really useful app for anyone regardless of business size. In my opinion singing my signature with this app is much more natural than on other touch screen or peripheral signing applications. It's not the same as signing your signature with a pen but its way ahead of the game and easy to use. I definitely recommend this application it is a must buy for anyone.

Just downloaded this app to fill out some paperwork for a new job and it worked without any issues at all!
The app does exactly what it says it can, let me sign a PDF, add text, date and a checkmark or two.
I look forward to updates!
